Return and Refund Policy

At auragasm.shop, we want you to love everything you buy from our curated collections. We strive to make our return and refund process as transparent, fair, and hassle-free as possible so you can shop with complete confidence.

1. Return Timeframe

  • You are eligible to request a return or exchange within typically 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original product packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take utmost care in packaging our organizers, lighting, and seasonal decor, but accidents can happen during transit.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at auragasm.shop@gmail.com with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup and promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons:

  • Final sale items, clearance or flash-sale products explicitly marked as non-returnable.

  • Opened or used personal care items, consumable products, or custom-made goods.

5. Exchange Options

  • Want a different color, size, or a completely different item? You can request an exchange within our standard [48 hrs] return window.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or process a refund instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Wrong Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, auragasm.shop covers all return shipping and reverse pickup costs.

  • Change of Mind / Other Returns: For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, a nominal return shipping fee of [₹250 / Deducted from refund] may apply, or customers may be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

7. Refund Process and Timing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming its status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or bank account for COD orders) within typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
